BID offers prospective businesses a gradual introduction to the commercial world.   It provides advice and solutions to the challenges that many new businesses face.

BID protects and encourages, by providing subsidised premises, experienced advisors and opportunities to meet and work with other fledgling businesses.

Business incubation is a dynamic business development process that is proven both to reduce the failure rate of early stage businesses and speed the growth of businesses that have the potential to become substantial generators of employment and wealth

The BID Fund has been created to make things much easier for those wanting to start their own business

The scheme is open to everyone, and we would particularly welcome applications from women, the unemployed who may see self-employment as an option, BME individuals and young people.
